Integral refurbishment of a listed building of two houses in Cabanyal Valencia. 2016. Elimination of improper elements, structural consolidation, new distribution and enhancement of three courtyard terraces at different heights. Reconstruction of the rear façade by reintroducing historical carpentry from the Cabanyal acquired from a demolition company and worked on to dignify the rear façade. Enhancement and dignification of housing that should have been demolished by the Cabanyal urban expansion plan that was abolished.
