Renovation of 1915 art deco house in the Ruzzafa district of Valencia. Project completed in 2020. Collective building of protected housing.Renovation conserving and repositioning all the pre-existing carpentry, adapting them to the new distribution, in accordance with the new ways of living. The imprint of the past layout remains, encrypted in the partition walls on the upper face and in wood inlays in the hydraulic tile floor. An operation of conservative surgery.
